My son Mahendran admitted my brother in the hospital on 1990.07.02 because he was injured by the land minds. On the way to the hospital the soldiers took my son away. After this incident I went to the police station and asked about my son they said He was not there. Some people said that the soldiers took him in a vehicle. After that I inquired in Human Rites and Red Cross society he wasn’t there. My son has been missing up to now. I went to many places and complained but there was no use. There is no news about my son. I didn’t get any compensation. Please help me to get some information about my son.

ඉහත නම් සඳහන් මගේ පුතා මහේන්දිරන් 1990.07.02 දින බිම් බෝම්බයකට හසු වූ තම සහෝදරයා රෝහලට ඇතුල් කරලා ඔහුට අවශ්ය බඩුමුට්ටු රැගෙන යාම සඳහා නැවත ගෙදර එන අතරමග දී විශේෂ බලකාය විසින් ඔහු කැටුව ගිය බව ඇතැම් අය පවසනවා. ඉන් පසු මානව හිම්කම් කොමිෂන් සභාවේත්, රතුකුරුස සංගමයෙනුත් විමසුවා. එහි නැති බව කීවා. මේ දක්වා මගේ පුතා දකින්න නැහැ. බොහෝ තැන්වලට ගොස් පැමිණිලි කරලත් පලක් නැහැ. මගේ පුතා ගැන කිසි ම ආරංචියක් නැහැ. මට වන්දියක් ලැබුණෙත් නැහැ. කරුණාකර පුතා ගැන තොරතුරු දැන ගැනීමට උදව් කරන ලෙස කාරුණිකව ඉල්ලා සිටිනවා.

மேற்படி பெயருடைய என்னுடைய மகன் மகநே்திரன் 1990.7.2 மிதிவெடிபட்ட எனது சகோதரனை வைத்தியசாலையில் அனுமதித்துவிட்டு அவருக்கு தேவையான பொருட்களை எடுத்துக் கொண்டு வைத்தியசாலைக்கு செல்லும் வழியில் அதிரடிபடையினர் அவரை அழைத்துச் சென்றதாக சிலர் கூறினர். அதன்பின் நான் பொலிசிடம் சென்று விசாரித்தேன்.அங்கு இல்லை என்று கூறினர். பின்னர் ஒருசிலர் தாண்டியடியில் வைத்து அதிரடி படையினரின் வாகனத்தில் ஏற்றிச்சென்றதாக கூறினர். அதன்பின் மனித உரிமை ஆணைக்குழுவிடமும் செஞ்சிலுவைசங்கத்திடமும் விசாரித்தேன் அங்குமில்லை. இன்றுவரை எனது மகனை காணவில்லை. பல இடங்களுக்கு சென்றும் பல முறைப்பாடுகளும் செய்தும் எந்தபயனுமில்லை. என் மகன் பற்றி எந்த தகவலும் இல்லை. எந்த நஷ்டஈடும் எனக்கு கிடைக்கவில்லை. தயவு செய்து மகன் பற்றி அறிந்து கொள்ள உதவி செய்யுமாறு தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கின்றேன்.
