Our playground
We do not have a playground to play. We play in the rubber estate and near the flamboyant tree. We play with our friends. We play cricket. Our auntie says that this area was called Wilpita in the past. Subsequently with the increase of the population, it was divided in to two parts as eastern and western. There were paddy fields and ponds in this area.
The community Hall is situated 500 m away from the main road. The road leading to the community hall becomes muddy during the rainy season.

අපිට සෙල්ලම් කරන්න පිට්ටනියක් නැහැ. අපි සෙල්ලම් කරන්නේ රබර් වත්තේ හා සියඹලා ගහ ලග.
අපි සෙල්ලම් කරන්නෙ යාලුවෝ එක්ක. අපි ක්රිකට් ගහනවා.
මේ නැන්දා කිව්වා මේ පලාතට ඉස්සර කිව්වේ විල්පිට කියලා. ඊට පස්සේ ජනගහනය වැඩි වෙනකොට ඊට පස්සේපළාත්වලට බෙදුවා නැගෙනහිර හා බටහිර කියලා. ඊට පස්සේ මේකට කුඹුරු විල් තිබුණා.
මෙම ස්ථානයට ප්රධාන පාරේ සිට මී. 500 දුරින් පිහිටි බටුගොඩ ප්රජා ශාලාවට එන පාර වර්ෂාවට පවා ඒමට බැරි ය.

இந்த இடத்திலிருந்து 300 மீற்றர் தொலைவில் உள்ள பட்டுகொட சனசமூக நிலையத்துக்கு வரும் பாதை மழைக்காலத்தில் நீரில் மூழ்கின்றது.
எமக்கு விளையாட்டு மைதானமொன்று இல்லை. நாங்கள் இறப்பர் தோட்டத்திலும், புளியமரத்தடியிலும் விளையாடுகின்றோம்.
